MK Community Fridge is part of a growing network and is supported by the charity Hubbub Charity UK in partnership with Bosch.
In June 2017 through Community Action MK, we undertook a successful ‘Our MK’ crowdfunding campaign backed by 19 supporters that raised £2540 to help to run the fridges more effectively with funds to do outreach, create a website, make collections and share the project more widely with people that need the service.
More recently the project has received funding for it's second year of operations from the Catherine Featherstone Charity, Wolverton and Greenleys Town Council, G F Tomlinson Group Ltd and West Bletchley Parish Residents.
This work has has also been supported by funding from MK Community Foundation
An enormous THANK YOU to our volunteers and supporters for making MK Community Fridge a success.
